In honour of Florence Nightingale’s birthday on 12th May, the Year 1 children did some research on her and why she was so influential in Nursing. They were challenged to create a lamp that Florence might have liked to use, we had a whole variety! Ivy-Rose’s little brother Mitchell even got involved and made a lamp too.
