Ni-Hao! Year 1 enjoyed our China day to celebrate our travels around the world in Geography. We took part in traditional Chinese Dances using props. We loved taking part in a fan, dragon and parasol dance with Chinese music in the background.

In the afternoon we used our taste buds to try Chinese snacks and sauces! We tried seaweed, plant crackers (prawn crackers), rice crackers, spring rolls and fortune cookies. We dipped these in Soy, Plum, Sweet chilli and Hoisin sauce. The plant crackers were a big hit in class!
