The children really enjoyed learning about Queen Elizabeth II (and her corgis!). We made bunting to decorate the school and we also made crowns for ourselves. We experimented with Jubilee Rice (red, white and blue). The children came in to school wearing red, white or blue clothes for our Jubilee Garden Party and we made jam sandwiches and decorated biscuits. During the garden party we played Pass the Parcel and Pin the Crown on the Queen – lots of fun was had by all!
